Lighthouse Point Estates is a gated private community with two Security Gates. The main gate is for residents and guests only and the second gate, located further into the subdivision, is primarily for Construction operated Monday - Saturday (7am - 7pm except Saturdays closing at 5pm). LPE contracts a dedicated security staff that monitors the association 24/7 day a week.   

 

The community is only open to property owners and their properly registered guests. If you wish to visit LPE please contact the owner you wish to visit in advance so a pass can be arranged. If you wish to look at property for sale your real estate agent will need to contact our Property Manager, Mauricio Siles at msilestlpe@gmail.com preferably 24 hours in advance so arrangements can be made.​
